The product of a collaboration with the SCARA cooperative and investment company Sofiprotéol, this regional biomethane plant was Ter’Green’s first project as a development-investment partner. Launched in 2011 by SCARA and Naskeo, preliminary designs for the project were drawn up by the company Biogaz d’Arcis in 2012. Development was carried out in collaboration with local stakeholders and government agencies. A subsidiary of the Avril group, Sofiprotéol joined the project during the development phase. The plant has been injecting biomethane into the GRTgaz network since the start of 2019.
